Faculty innovation and academic creativity in the School of Management are promoted and encouraged through this fund.

Alumni, faculty and friends created “Frank’s Fund” in honor of Professor Frank Krzystofiak, whose teaching and research interests have influenced generations of alumni who often refer to the knowledge they received in his classes.

The fund is used to support and advance faculty and graduate student innovation and academic creativity throughout the School of Management.

Professor Krzystofiak has helped shape the lives and careers of students for generations. As one alumnus said, “Frank always gives 110 percent of himself and expects 110 percent of you.”

Krzystofiak received the SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching, has served on the editorial board of the Academy of Management Journal, and has consulted widely in human resources problems, particularly in human resources information systems. His primary area of study is in human resource management, with specialities in staffing selection, employment discrimination and affirmative action planning.
