Art Play/Ground

Presented with UB Arts Collaboratory at Buffalo Center for the Arts and Technology

September 12 & 19

On two consecutive Saturdays during ART PLAY/GROUND, Buffalo hip-hop collective, ART DEALER, will take over the storefront windows of Buffalo Center for the Arts and Technology to showcase the multi-disciplinary talent associated with their scene. ART DEALER will showcase their popular IGTV show, Outside Influence, with ToneyBoi interviewing local hip-hoppers on their creative influences outside of the hip-hop genre. Other members of the collective will also engage with the BCAT space, among them Camo Monk and Jae Skeese, as well as friends-of-the-collective, who include Lamont J. Musiq, $eeing $ounds, BNBLYC and Billie Esco & Gaine$. The action inside will be amplified onto BCAT’s sidewalk to ensure that viewers can safely experience an array of performances, interviews, art-making and a pop-up fashion show.
