The Arts Collaboratory wants to know what it's like for young artists preparing for graduation. For this focus group, we've gathered UB student artists, faculty from UB's arts departments and other creative professionals for a candid conversation about the hopes, dreams, worries and fears that accompany the transition from college to the working world.

The conversation will inform the fall 2022 conference and job fair to address the needs of UB students in the arts.
