Ellen Weiss, MBA '92, is a Certified Integrative Health Coach, Master Workplace Wellness Consultant, Focus on Healthy Eating Facilitator, Executive Wellness Concierge, Stressmaster International Associate and Licensed intenSati Fitness Leader.
She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, MBA from the University at Buffalo, and Certifications from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Workplace Wellness Centre of Excellence.
She has been involved with health and wellness for many years. Through her extensive certification courses, she has created multifaceted programs concentrating on helping employees become their “BETTER YOU”. Her passion is to help organizations empower their employees (and their families) to become happier, healthier, and more productive at work and at home by educating them on making simple small lifestyle habit changes for long term sustainable results.
