Soda Kuczkowski holds a B.A. in Communication from the University at Buffalo and a Master of Science in Educational Administration and Supervision from Niagara University. She is also a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Management's Minority and Emerging Entrepreneurs Program and Cornell University’s Women’s Entrepreneurship Program. As a Sleep Health Educator and Certified Sleep Coach with over 18 years of experience, Soda holds certifications in sleep coaching, sleep science, sleep health, and change psychology.
She is the Founder and CEO of START WITH SLEEP, LLC, an organization dedicated to advancing sleep health through advocacy, education, and tailored programming for healthcare professionals, educational institutions, and corporate wellness initiatives. Additionally, she owns The Doze, a retail and resource center offering a curated selection of sleep-enhancing products and personalized services, including sleep coaching, consulting, and home sleep testing. As a Latina entrepreneur, Soda is committed to fostering inclusivity, with a focus on empowering women of color. She also hosts The Doze Podcast, where she provides actionable strategies and insights for optimizing sleep health. Her mission, as the owner of a minority woman-owned business, is to address the unique sleep needs of diverse communities, particularly women balancing careers and caregiving responsibilities.
