Objectives and Key Results (OKR) is management framework that helps organizations create the right organizational vocabulary in three areas - Culture, Strategic Direction and Goals. It is a strategic initiative that helps align the whole organizational machinery in the right direction to help get closer to the vision and mission of the company.

Currently all businesses across the globe are faced with an unprecedented situation and critically uncertain times. This is not “business as usual” times. There are many businesses finding new operational problems as well as policy level roadblocks. While organizations are working at breakneck speeds, having a robust goal management framework which brings the dispersed workforce on the same page has never been more important than it is today.

Now is the time to adopt organizational agility, revisit those goals and make them relevant to the current times.  When you do this in a strategic and systematic way, you will not only make goals more realistic, but also bring hope and a new drive for employees who may otherwise feel the ship is rudderless and hopeless.

So, how do OKRs work and especially during these times?  Tune in to learn more!
