About Dorothy Siaw-Asamoah and Marsha King
Dr. Dorothy Siaw-Asamoah is a clinical professor of organization and human resources in the UB School of Management. As the inaugural faculty director of Global Programs since 2018, she designs and implements high-impact programs that develop students’ global and diversity mindset while preparing them for an increasingly intercultural work force. Additionally, she is director of the school's Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (CLOE) where she develops leaders through a wide array of programs.
Dr. Marsha King is the President of Polaris Leadership Consulting where she provides coaching and development to senior leaders and their organizations. She also facilitates training and team building, and is a popular speaker on topics related to developing leaders and enhancing cultures. In addition, she is an adjunct instructor in the UB School of Management and is co-founder and lead facilitator of CLOE’s Leadership Coaching Certification.
