You’ll also learn about UB’s recruitment process and what employers look for in top talent.

About Nayema Chowdhury
Nayema Chowdhury, BS '22, is a University at Buffalo alumna and a Workforce Recruitment Specialist. She partners with all departments across UB to manage recruitment, ensure compliance, and support a fair and diverse hiring process. Nayema also leads the Recruitment Assistant Internship Program, the same program she once participated in as an intern, mentoring and guiding the next generation of UB HR talent. She is dedicated to helping UB attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
