Pat Herberger, MBA '85, BS '79, SPHR is President of Herberger Consulting Group and an Independent Associate selling LegalShield and IDShield Plans to the public and employee groups.  She consults with executives and human resource professionals on identity theft, data breaches, related compliance issues and solutions, and has achieved the designation of Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist. She has presented hundreds of programs to CPAs, HR Professionals, Business Owners, the NYS Government, retired Law Enforcement and Teachers, and business and community organizations. 

Prior to her current business, she was the Vice President of Human Resources for FedEx Trade Networks, and worked 25 years in the Human Resource field. She has BS and MBA degrees from the SUNY at Buffalo.  She is also a Licensed Insurance Broker.
