About Joe Konze
Joe Konze joined Douglas Development Corporation as a Property Manager in May of 2022, where he helps manage all aspects of building operations and property management for the company’s 32 properties in Western New York.

Before joining the Douglas Development team, Joe worked as a Business Development Associate for Seneca One and is most notable for spearheading the tour program at Seneca One that explores the history and future of Buffalo’s tallest building. 

Joe graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, and has spent the last eight years working in the Customer Service/ Hospitality Industry.
