We all experience stress and anxiety over our finances, work/career, and relationships … and for most of us, we feel it daily. But it doesn’t have to be that way. If you are looking for a better quality of life, the key is to look at your anxiety as an opportunity to learn how to restore your peace of mind, resulting in healthier decision making and increased happiness.

Drawing deeply and openly from her own experiences, Christine Mathieu, BA '91, shares her thought-provoking positions on such issues as overcoming personal bankruptcy, divorce and happiness, breast cancer survival, career and fulfillment, and the awareness of our power to choose.

About Christine Mathieu
Christine Mathieu is a wealth coach with Note Advisors, LLC and to her, true wealth has nothing to do with money. Instead, true wealth is a state of well-being, happiness, or content. Our purpose, then, is to live in a way that supports our well-being and the well-being of others.

As a survivor of cancer, divorce, and bankruptcy, Christine knows a great deal about navigating major life transitions. Through her experiences, she has learned that we hold the answers to our problems and struggles. The key is to learn how to trust yourself, allow what matters most to take the lead, resulting in wonderful and unimaginable outcomes.
