ACRO Biomedical was founded in 2014 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan by Dar-Jen Hsieh, PhD, and a group of scientists and physicians. ACRO is the leader in the field of collagen-derived medical devices to remove lipids, cells and non-collagenous proteins from tissues and organs to create natural collagen scaffolds suitable as xenograft biomaterials for human tissue engineering and regenerative medicine applications.
