Interacting Effectively with Others: Communicating with Different Cultures, Generations and Gender Groups

Gain insight into the differences in the way people approach work based on their gender, generation and cultural background.

This full-day class teaches you strategies for optimizing your interactions with others who may be different than you. Learn how to improve your communication skills, reduce conflicts and familiarize yourself with your diverse work environment. This class is offered at least twice a year.
