Stress Less Retreat

Leave your stress behind: Discover and explore a myriad of techniques, resources and information proven to reduce your stress.

Spend a full day with us learning from keynote speaker, Dr. Sanford Levy, about which vitamins and supplements are worth taking and when supplementation can be helpful and detrimental. Sign up for therapeutic massage ($1 per 1 minute) or enjoy a free foot massage. Your stress will melt away with a visit to the therapy dogs. The day will also include sessions on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), creating a stress-free living space, self-care and energy healing, as well as compassion. Lunch will be provided.
