Preferred applications for printing posters:

• Adobe Photoshop
• PDF Format

Please note:

• We do not edit any files that we receive
• We cannot guarantee the exact duplication of color
• We check that the format of the poster is appropriate for our printer
• We check that the official name of the university is used: University at Buffalo, The State University of New York
• Normal turnaround time is about 1 day
• There is a $10.00 rush surcharge added to any poster that will require “same day” printing unless prior arrangements have been made. Due to the limits of our printing equipment, we cannot guarantee that a rush job can be completed on the same day. If your rush job cannot be completed, we will notify you.
