In partnership with Microsoft, UB has opened an online Microsoft Store for faculty and staff to purchase laptops, tablets, and many other Microsoft accessories at discounted prices with a Procurement Card (PCard) for campus delivery.

Creation of this online store will allow campus users to order a wide variety of Microsoft products using a more efficient online shopping experience.

Features of the New Store

  • No account login needed to shop
  • Eliminates additional processing time for faster delivery
  • Get product help and ask questions via live chat with a Microsoft Product Specialist

What to Expect

The new UB Microsoft Store will streamline the purchasing process when using a state, Research Foundation (RF) or UB Foundation (UBF) PCard for campus delivery, eliminating the need to request a quote from Microsoft for each purchase.

In-store purchase and pick-up will continue to be available at the Microsoft Store located in the Walden Galleria for those who wish to visit the store in person. Campus users will continue to be able to use a purchase order for RF or UBF funds with no change to the current process.
