Filling a position at UB requires a recruitment action to be taken. There are three (3) possible actions, filling through a posting unique to your position, filling through a continuous recruitment pooled posting for the most common RF titles or requesting an exception to the recruitment process utilized when there are extenuating circumstances that do not permit hiring from a recruitment action.
