A recent update to the travel and expense system (Concur) modified several expense report header fields. The updated fields include new dropdown menus and will speed report payment processing.

Changes to Creating an Expense Report

You will notice changes to the following expense report header fields:

  • Start Time and End Time — new dropdown menus to select the time. The times are now on the hour.
  • Starting Address — new dropdown menu to select the starting location.
  • Destination Address — new fields for destination address, state and zip code.
