2022 W-2 Reports Available for State, RF and UBF Employees

1. Go to the State Payroll Self-Service website (http://www.suny.edu/hrportal)
2. Select Buffalo Univ under Select Campus
3. Log in using UBITName and Password
4. Click on NYS Payroll Online and follow any required prompts
5. Select View W-2
6. Select Year End Form for required year (Please be sure that pop-ups are enabled in your browser.)
   
7. Print the W-2

To save time and money we strongly encourage state employees to opt-out from receiving paper direct deposit stubs using the instructions in this quick guide. If you are not enrolled in direct deposit, you can enroll anytime by completing the direct deposit enrollment request form.

1. Go to the RF Self Service portal
2. Log in using your RF username and password
3. Select My W-2
4. Select the year
5. Click Go

1. Log in to the RF Self Service portal
2. Select My Contact Information
3. Navigate through the options and select No for the W-2 print option
4. Click Apply then Submit to complete your transaction

W-2 Wage and Tax reports for UBFA and resident payrolls (UMRS, UDRS, and UPRS) will be available at Accufund by January 31, 2023:

1. Log into employee portal https://ep-ubf.accunfp.com/
2. Click Login in top right corner
3. Enter UBITName and password, click Login (first time users click Reset for initial login)
4. Under View on left hand panel, click Year End Forms
5. Click on the year
6. Print and follow the prompts, ensure your pop-up blocker is off
