The Motorist Assistance Program (MAP) is a complimentary service for the UB campus community brought to you by Parking and Transportation Services.

MAP Can Help With:

  • Battery charging
  • Tire inflation
  • Vehicle lockouts
  • Lock de-icing
  • Tow arrangements

Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.:

  • Parking and Transportation Services at 716-645-3943

Anyone requesting help from the Motorist Assistance Program will be required to sign a waiver on site before the work begins.

What MAP Does Not Cover

  • Vehicles parked off UB North and South campus property
  • Flat tire changes
  • Snow removal
  • Freeing cars stuck in snow/mud
  • Gasoline
