Our Trademarks and Licensing program maintains the university's
legal rights by monitoring and controlling the use of UB trade
names and trademarks, and collects on royalties.
There was a significant increased awareness of the UB mark/brand
by manufacturers who are interested in making the product available
if retailers choose to carry it.
