The Rose Award - Silver

The Rose Awards: Silver

"The Purpose of The Rose Awards program is to reward those web designers who are the "best of the best" -- whether they are professionals or self-taught amateurs, their talents far exceed those of the average webmaster/mistress, and they have mastered the art of web design!"

"Your site provides the Internet community with a wonderful educational experience, as you seek to educate viewers on these great ladies who helped to build New York; your site also provides a sense of "a job well done" as you also *honor* these wonderful ladies for all of their accomplishments !  .... I found your web site well-designed with excellent site content, navigational system was good, page load times were fast, the content was family-friendly, and the site showed good choices in backgrounds/headings/colors/fonts .... For all of those reasons, you should be proud of your web site."
