2000s Classnotes

David W. Polak, J.D. 2000, has been named an associate with the Buffalo, NY law firm of Cohen & Lombardo. He will continue to focus his practice in insurance law, civil litigation and personal injury. Polak lives in West Seneca, NY.

Jennifer A. Schulefand, M.B.A. 2000, has been promoted to manager of supply chain finance of Rich Products Corporation, the nation’s largest privately owned frozen food manufacturer. Her responsibilities include direct freight, warehousing accounting and direct inventory accounting functions. She will also manage the unit scorecard development for customer service and logistics. Schulefand was previously a senior financial analyst of supply chain finance for Rich Products, as well as a former senior accountant at Ernst & Young LLP. She is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. She lives in Williamsville, NY.

Amy L. Hemenway, J.D. 2001, has joined the Buffalo, NY law firm of Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel LLP as an associate. She will focus her practice in the areas of labor, employment and immigration law. She lives in Buffalo.

Chanon D. Judson, B.F.A. 2001, has been selected to perform with the world-famous dance company “Urban Bush Women.” She currently teaches dance in New York, NY at the Alvin Ailey School of Dance, and has been chosen to dance in such prestigious shows as the Michael Jackson 30th Anniversary Celebration at Madison Square Garden in April. She is the product of some of Buffalo’s finest studios, including the Buffalo Academy for the Visual and Performing Arts and the Neglia Ballet Conservatory. Judson was profiled in the November 2002 issue of Dance Spirit. She resides in New York.

Patricia A. Kelleher, J.D. 2001, M.B.A. 2001 & B.A. 1989, a resident of East Amherst, NY, has joined the Buffalo, NY law firm of Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel LLP as an associate, concentrating her practice in the area of corporate law.

Nance L. Schick, J.D. 2001, has joined the New York, NY law firm of McCarthy, Small & Associates. As an associate with the firm, she will focus her practice on representing professional athletes, insurance carriers and injured persons. Schick lives in New York.
