 Toshiba gift to fund stroke research center
A stroke research center unmatched in the world in technology and sophistication is being established at the University at Buffalo with a $3.6 million gift of equipment and support services from Toshiba America Medical Systems, Inc., university and Toshiba officials announced Tuesday.

SUNY to categorize campuses for better funding allocation
SUNY is in the process of categorizing its 64 campuses in order to develop a better way of allocating funding, Provost Thomas Headrick told the Faculty Senate Executive Committee at its Dec. 4 meeting.
