UB Grad Honored for Rescue Work

President Greiner congratulates Lt. Stephen T. Spall of the New York City Fire Department Sept. 24 in St. Joseph's University Church. Spall, a UB graduate who aided in rescue efforts after the Oklahoma City bombing, received the Distinguished Alumnus Service Award of the UB Newman Centers.
