Campaign at 87 percent of goal

UB’s 2012 Employees Campaign for the Community has raised $713,645.30, or 87.6 percent of its goal of $815,000.

The amount raised as of Dec. 5 is based on the response of 45.5 percent of UB employees who have either made a gift or declined.

The campaign has featured a number of incentives to encourage employee to donate to the campaign. Only those individuals who made a donation to the campaign were eligible to win.

Prize winners were Stephen P. Roder, Enterprise Infrastructure Services, spring 2013 parking pass; Steven B. Olszewski, Network and Classroom Services, $50 gift certificate to the Blue Fire Grill in the Buffalo Niagara Marriott; Pao Lo Liu, Electrical Engineering, HP Photosmart 6250 printer; and Kerry L. Lynch, TCIE, a Nook.
