UB football fans interested in following their team to Detroit for the MAC Championship game against Ball State on Dec. 5 can buy tickets and arrange travel through the Division of Athletics’ Web site. The Web site also will feature up-to-date information on UB’s bowl scenario.

Fans may purchase individual tickets to the championship game for $20 or a round-trip bus package for $125 per person. Buses will leave Alumni Arena at 11 a.m. on game day and return immediately following the game. The bus package includes round-trip transportation, a game ticket and admission to a pre-game party at Ford Field sponsored by the UB Alumni Association and Athletic Development.

Tickets to the party, which will be held in the Hall of Legends, South Club Level, of Ford Field—home of the Detroit Lions—also may be purchased separately. The party will start two hours before kickoff game and will include grilled hot dogs, hamburgers, coleslaw, potato salad, chips, cookies and soft drinks. A cash bar also will be available.

Ticket information for UB students will be announced once details are finalized.
