Two free yoga classes designed for people of all levels and abilities to participate will be held on the South Campus this week and next.

Universal Design Yoga is designed to be safe, welcoming, fun and relaxing. It focuses on participation of all, with tolerance for error and an open approach to utilizing various traditions.

Classes will be held from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. June 13 and 4:15 to 5:30 p.m. June 17. Both take place in 7 Diefendorf, located at the basement level, to the left of the bottom of the stairs/elevator.

All props and assistance will be provided. Participants should wear clothes in which they can move comfortably.

The program is a collaborative effort between Accessibility Resources, Health Promotion and the School of Public Health and Health Professions.
