Service Description:

VoIP Phone Service

VoIP is an IP-based telephony service provided to the UB campuses.

The VoIP Service is made up of the following components:

Communications Manager (CUCM) - Hardware/OS/Application Bundle/Patches & Upgrades - support provided by NCS
Contact Center Express (UCC-X) - Hardware/OS/Application Bundle/Patches & Upgrades - support provided by NCS
Emergency Responder (CER) - Hardware/OS/Application Bundle/Patches & Upgrades - support provided by NCS
Unity Voicemail

  • Hardware/OS - support provided by EIS
  • Application - support provided by NCS
  • Patches & Upgrades - support provided by EIS/NCS
  • Message Store - support provided by EIS

24 hours daily

8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Monday - Friday; After hours only for urgent and high priority problems (24 hours daily)
