VoIP is an IP-based telephony service provided to the UB
campuses.
The VoIP Service is made up of the following components:
Communications Manager (CUCM) - Hardware/OS/Application
Bundle/Patches & Upgrades - support provided by NCS
Contact Center Express (UCC-X) - Hardware/OS/Application
Bundle/Patches & Upgrades - support provided by NCS
Emergency Responder (CER) - Hardware/OS/Application Bundle/Patches
& Upgrades - support provided by NCS
