The UBlearns Service is a university-wide course content management and delivery infrastructure, implemented using Blackboard.

Intended audience

UB students, faculty and staff

Special Requirements

Student must be enrolled in a UBlearns course (via course registration or instructor enrolling them in a UBlearns course)

Hours of availability

24 hours daily

Hours of support

8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Monday - Friday; After hours support only for urgent and high priority problems
