RSA Service

RSA Software and Hardware token creation and assignment for two-factor authentication for accessing critical administrative services.

Intended Audience: CIT staff, Administrative HUB staff

Special requirements: Cisco AnyConnect Client with Software Token or Hardware Fob (see cost for services)

Availability: 24 hours daily

Support: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET Monday - Friday; Token creation, replacement and assignment closed University holidays; After hours support only for urgent and high priority problems
