An operational data store database of institutional data for authorized access. ISOnline, a Web application, provides standard reports.

UB faculty and staff with authorization

Special Requirements

Infosource Username and password; Oracle client software

Hours of availability

7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. daily; Applications closed Univeristy holidays

Hours of support

Application Support: 24 hours daily

Hardware/Operating System Support: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. daily
