UBlearns Roster is Different From MyUB Class List

Learn how to modify UBlearns course roster settings.

About Student Rosters

Student Roster Options refer to your class list in UBlearns. Instructors may select the level of detail regarding student enrollments.

By default, UBlearns does not display information for students who resign or withdraw from a course. The MyUB class list displays information for students who resign or withdraw from a course.

Modifying the Default Roster Settings of UBlearns

  1. Go to the UBlearns Course Setup and login.
  2. Select the appropriate semester.
  3. Select Edit Course.
  4. Under Student roster options check include withdrawals and/or include resigns.
  5. Click Save.

Updates made through the UBlearns Course Setup will take effect at 7:30 a.m. the following morning.
