The enrollment date for a UBlearns course can be set to a date
prior to the official start date of record for the course.
By default, registered students will be added to an enabled UBlearns and iTunes U course site on the official start date of record as it displays on the Student Response Center Official Class Schedule.
You may choose to set the enrollment date to 7, 14, 21 or 28 days prior to the official start date. Choosing one of these options means that student registrations (including buffalo.edu email addresses) are automatically added to UBlearns on the date you specify, and students may access the course site.
Selecting one of these earlier enrollment date options does not
mean that students will be aware of your choice, however.
Therefore, it is recommended that students be notified by sending
an email to all students from the recently enabled course
site.
Updates made through the UBlearns Course Setup will take effect after 7:30 a.m. the following morning.
