Grades must be uploaded to the MyUB > HUB Faculty Center > Grade Roster page at the end of the semester. If you choose the upload file option on the HUB Grade Roster page, follow these steps to prepare your UBlearns grade center file for upload. Remember, you can also manually enter your final grades into the HUB Grade Roster page.

1. Under Control Panel select Grade Center > Full Grade Center.
2. In the upper right corner select Work Offline (orange button) > Download.
3. Under option 1, choose Selected Column.
4. Use the drop-down menu and select the column containing final grades.
5. Leave the remaining option default settings and Submit.
6. Click Download.

1. Open the Grade Center file.
2. Delete all columns except Student ID and final grade.
3. The format required for the HUB Grade Roster upload is Student ID first followed by final grade in letter form.
4. Save file.

1. Go to MyUB > HUB Faculty Center > Grade Roster.
2. Choose the option for uploading a file.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to submit and verify grades.
