To use Blackboard on UBlearns, use a computer that is connected to the Internet and use a web browser.
It is recommended that you use an up-to-date Web browser. UB supported software recommendations are available on the UB Software Downloads site.
Blackboard technical support offers a list of certified and compatible browsers, listed by system OS, for use with Blackboard.
Special plug-ins or players may be needed to view files such as: PDF, sound, video and multimedia file formats (e.g., QuickTime, Windows Media, Flash). These plug-ins and players are available from the UB Software Downloads site.
In order to use all features of UBlearns, Java must be enabled and pop-up blockers need to be disabled on your Web browser. Check your browser’s help to determine how to do this.
