Printing Course Files

To print a document from UBlearns, the most reliable method is to open the document in a new window before printing.

Printing Files

  1. Right-click on the document link (Macintosh users control-click on the link to the document).
  2. Select Open in New Window from the drop-down menu (Exact wording may vary).
  3. After the document opens in the new window, select File > Print.

Instructions on printing PowerPoint in handout format

  1. Click the File menu or Microsoft Office Button > Print.
  2. Under Print What, select:
    1. Handouts
    2. Either 3 or 6 slides per page
    3. Grayscale (if desired)
  3. Click OK.
