Clickers can be purchased from the University Bookstore, the Turning Technologies Store or from some online vendors such as Amazon or eBay.
Rebate forms can be mailed in of submitted online.
The bookstore will buy back used clickers from students until the bookstore quota has been reached.
The six-digit Device ID is located on the back on your ResponseCard XR under the bar code. It uses the numbers 0 through 9 and sometimes the letters A through F.
The ResponseCard XR uses two AAA batteries. A small Phillips screwdriver is needed to open the battery compartment.
No, we suggest you do not share with a friend. After you register your clicker on UBlearns, your name is matched with the Device ID. When you respond during class, your Device ID is bound with your name. Your instructor is then able to connect your name, Device ID and your responses together.

If you are not able to respond, please wait for a few seconds and respond again. You can also take out the battery and put it back in to reset your clicker.
Please try to unscrew the screw at the back of your clicker, take out the battery and put it back in to reset your clicker. If it still doesn't work, please contact the bookstore where you bought it.
You can purchase a replacement clicker from the University Bookstore. You must register your new clicker in UBlearns. Be sure to inform your instructors that you've purchased and registered your replacement clicker.
You can only register TurningPoint ResponseCard XR on the UBlearns web site. Please speak to your instructor to register the other brand.
Your batteries are probably low and should probably be replaced.
