Purchasing Microsoft Office 2011 for Macintosh for Personally-Owned Computers

Use Microsoft Office, a productivity suite of software for editing documents, creating spreadsheets, making computer slide shows, reading email and more.

Do Not Install Over Trial or Demo Versions

Uninstall any trial versions of Office before you download and install Office 2011. Installing over a trial or demo version will cause problems and prompt you for a product key.

Microsoft Office 2011 Standard includes:

  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • Word
  • Outlook

We recommend that students stay consistent with the version of Office that their professors use. We do not recommend upgrading before the end of the semester.

System Requirements
