Downloading Microsoft Office 2007 for Windows for Personally-Owned Computers

Use Word, Access, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.

About Microsoft Office 2007

Do Not Install Over Trial or Demo Versions

Remove or Uninstall Office 2007 Trial before you download and install Office 2007. Installing over a trial or demo version causes problems and prompts you for a product key.

Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise includes:

  • Access 2007
  • Excel 2007
  • Groove 2007
  • InfoPath 2007
  • OneNote 2007
  • Outlook 2007
  • PowerPoint 2007
  • Publisher 2007
  • Word 2007

We recommend that students stay consistent with the version of Office that their professors use. We do not recommend upgrading before the end of the semester.

Eligibility

Important:

Faculty, Staff and Students of SUNY schools other than UB are not eligible to download Microsoft Office from UB. Please contact your college or university's IT department for information on how to obtain Microsoft Office.

Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise is available to:

  • UB Students who have paid the Comprehensive fee
  • UB Faculty
  • UB Faculty Student Association employees
  • UB Geographic Full-time Faculty
  • UB State employees (UUP, CSEA, MC, PEF)
  • UB Sub Board I (SBO) employees
  • UB Research Foundation employees
  • UB Foundation employees
