Affiliated institutions may also use the software on their CPU's. Affiliated institutions include statutory or contract colleges, community colleges, the Construction Fund, the Research Foundation, the Rockefeller Institute. Affiliated institutions may only use the software if they agree in writing to be bound by the terms of the agreement.

Downloading Oracle for Solaris

The Oracle product distributions are stored in compressed files. Each distribution file represents a product "CD".

Using Oracle

Documentation for Oracle products are available on the Oracle Technology Network (OTN). OTN requires an account user name and password once a document set is chosen. You may sign up on the site for an OTN account which is free of charge.

Information regarding installation should be obtained by the service for which you intend to use the client, as the installation can be different for each application.
