If your computer is infected with a trojan or virus, you will
receive a letter from the Security Incident Response Team. You will
be required to fix the issue before reconnecting to the UB
network.
If your computer is infected with a trojan or virus and represents a security threat to the UB network. You will recieve a letter from the Security Incident Response Team.
After the initial incident, you will have 72 hours to respond to the notification and fix the proiblem. If you fail to respond within 72 hours, you will be unable to access the network until the problem is resolved.
After multiple incidents, you may be asked to seek a professional repair service.
