iprint@ub is the University at Buffalo’s printing service
for students, faculty and staff. Learn how to use iprint@ub to
print from a public or personal computer.
Not all departmental labs that offer printing use iprint@ub. Check with your department to see if yours does, and if so, whether it has a separate departmental quota purse.
On Friday, August 1, 2014 your iprint@ub quota will be reset to 650 pages. Any unused quota will NOT be carried forward.
iprint quotas are reset to 650 pages before the start of the Fall semester. At that time, all unused iprint quota from the previous Fall, Spring and Summer will be deleted.
All students enrolled in courses for the current semester,
faculty and staff receive a page allowance, or allocation, to
print. This allocation is the amount equal to 650 single-sided,
black and white pages for each of the Fall and Spring semesters and
200 single-sided, black and white pages for the Summer semester.
Allocations roll over from Fall to Spring and Spring to Summer.
They are reset at the start of the Fall semester.
Students enrolled in courses for the Winter semester are given a special quota purse of 100 single-sided black and white pages ($5.00), which is only available during the Winter semester and does not roll into your Spring quota.
Any remaining Winter quota is deleted at the conclusion of the Winter semester.
