Changing Your PIN and Forwarding All Calls Using CallManager

The CallManager is a Web-based interface used to set and access additional phone features, including changnig your PIN and setting your phone to forward all calls to another number.

CallManager does not work properly with Google Chrome Web Browser.

Accessible Features

Use CallManager to:

  • Change your CallManager password and phone PIN
  • Forward calls to a different number
  • Add/update your speed dials
  • View Cisco Phone Guide
  • Configure your Personal Address Book (PAB)
  • Add Fast Dials

Logging In To CallManager

  1. Log into CallManager:
    1. The machines have self-signed certificates. Select I understand the risk and click Add Exception.
    2. Click Confirm security exception.
  2. Enter your 7-digit phone number without hyphens.
  3. Enter your password. 
  4. Click Login.

Changing Your CallManager Password

  1. Log into CallManager.
  2. Click on your login name (or number) at the top right of the browser window.
  3. Select Change Password from the drop down menu.
  4. Enter your new password under New Password.
  5. Enter your new password a second time under Confirm Password.
  6. Click OK.

Changing Your Phone PIN

The default PIN is 12345678.

  1. Log into CallManager
  2. Click on your login name (or number) at the top right of the browser window.
  3. Select Change Phone Pin from the drop down menu.
  4. Enter new PIN information under New Phone PIN.
  5. Enter new PIN information for a second time under Confirm Phone PIN.
  6. Click OK.

Deleting Fast Dial Entries Through CallManager

You cannot delete Fast Dial entries from the CallManager User Interface. Fast Dials are only accessible through your VoIP telephone.

Forwarding Calls From CallManager

  1. Log into CallManager.
  2. Select the desired line from the left-hand pane.
  3. Under General Settings click the check box to forward all calls on line.
  4. Fill in the desired forwarding destination. 
  5. Click Save.

To cancel call forwarding, repeat the steps above but deselect the forwarding option.
