Use the CallManager User Interface to:

• Change your CallManager password and phone PIN
• Forward calls to a different number
• Add/update your speed dials
• View Cisco Phone Guide
• Configure your Personal Address Book (PAB)
• Add Fast Dials

The default password for the CallManager website is 12345. If your password is no longer working, send an email to the CIT Help Desk.

1. Log into CallManager
   
2. Enter your 7-digit phone number without hyphens.
3. Enter your browser password. The default browser password is 12345. You will be asked to reset it on first login.

2. Select User Options >  User Settings.
3. Enter your password under Browser Password.
4. Click Save.

2. Select User Options > User Settings.
3. Enter new PIN information under Phone PIN.
4. Click Save.
   

You can delete Fast Dial entries from the CallManager User Interface. From the Find and List Fast Dials Phone Book page of the interface, list all entries by placing the cursor in the Find Fast Dials Phone Book where field and press the Find button. When the list of Fast Dial entries appears, select the box next to the entry you want to delete and press the Delete Selected button.

1. Log into CallManager.
2. Select User Options > Device.
3. Click Line Settings.
4. Check the desired forwarding option.
5. Click Save.

To cancel call forwarding, repeat the steps above but deselect the forwarding option.
