Relay NY is a no-cost phone service for the deaf and hearing-impaired. It allows users of text-based and voice-based telephones to interact by translating text into an automated voice, or speech into text.
You must have access to a Text Telephone Relay (TTY) device. A publicly available TTY device is located in the Office of Accessibility Resources.
