Phone Services for the Hearing Impaired

NY Relay is a statewide service that connects standard (voice) telephone customers with deaf, hard-­of-hearing, deaf-blind, speech-disabled, or late-deafened people who use text telephones (TTYs) or voice carry-over (VCO) phones.

A publicly available  TTY device is located on UB's North Campus, in the Office of Accessibility Resources.
