View and Order Supported Phone Equipment

Find phones and phone equipment for your UB office or organization.

Applies to: Faculty and Staff; Student employees whose employers determine they have need of a campus telephone for work purposes

Ordering Phone Equipment

  1. Choose an available phone or phone accessory, then click Order Phone Equipment.
    • All VoIP phones and related equipment are only available to UB units. 
    • UB units with a valid RF (Research Foundation) and/or UBF (UB Foundation) account number will be charged the appropriate GUSF (General University Service Fee).
  2. Enter the model number of the phone or accessory and identify whether the phone or accessory is new or an upgrade in the Additional Information field.
  3. UBIT staff will contact you. If you are upgrading a phone, UBIT staff will arrange to pick up your existing phone.
