Automatically Forwarding All Incoming Calls

Automatically forward all incoming calls from your UB phone using the CFwdALL softkey or by setting a forward in the Self-Care Portal.

Operating System: Windows, Macintosh, Linux

Applies to: Faculty and Staff; Student employees who have access to a campus telephone

You can forward calls to another number, such as your cell number, or to voicemail.

Setting or Removing a Forward in the Self-Care Portal

  1. Log into Self-Care Portal.
  2. Select the desired line from the left-hand pane.
  3. Under Phones  > Call Forwarding, click the check box to forward all calls to.
  4. Choose either Voicemail or Add a New Number and fill in the desired forwarding destination. 
  5. Click Save.

To cancel call forwarding, repeat the steps above but deselect the forwarding option.
