No. The iDivert soft key allows a user to divert a call
directly to voicemail by selecting the iDivert soft key
while receiving an incoming call. The iDivert option will not work
on second incoming calls and is not automatic. However, second
incoming calls can be sent directly to voicemail by requesting
a telephone service change to turn on "Call Forward Busy" to
voicemail for a user’s directory number. When Call Forward
Busy is set up, the second incoming call will go directly to the
user’s voicemail.
