800 Toll Free Service allows calls, including long-distance
calls, to your department without the customer/client being charged
for the call.
Departments requiring this service are responsible for setting
up new service, modifying service, disconnecting service, paying
monthly charges and reporting outages.

receive the proper State contract discount.
Verizon will respond via email with a business template
requesting the information to complete your request. You should
receive a response within one business day.
If you have questions, contact the MCI Order Center which
provides the 800 Toll Free service for Verizon at 866-849-4688.
Billing will be issued monthly by Verizon to each individual
account holder and the department must issue payment directly to
the remittance address on the bill. You should process payment
according to your departmental account(s) funding guidelines.
Call the 645/829/881 terminating number first to determine if
there is a problem. If so, contact Network & Classroom Services
customer support at 716-645-3514 or email the CIT Help Desk. If it is
not an outage at the terminating number, call MCI Repair at
800-444-1111 to report your problem.
