UB Student Computer Standards

As a UB student, you are required to have access to a computer. Your computer should meet UB's computing standards. Evaluate your current computer or the computer that you would buy.

Minimum Recommendations: Windows Computers

Additional Purchases for On-Campus Living

Living on campus? Purchase a 25-foot Cat 5 Ethernet cable to connect to ResNet. There is an Ethernet port for each occupant, and it's faster than Wi-Fi.
